Timothy and Debbie met at Apostolic Bible Institute in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1985. 

Timothy started his ministry as assistant to the Pastor in Harrisburg, Arkansas from 1987- 1988. In August 1988 Timothy and Debbie were married in Brockville, Ontario and started their ministry together. Both served as Outreach Director and Timothy taught at Apostolic Missionary Institute in Oshawa, Ontario. They moved to Toronto in 1989 and have served in many capacities at First United Pentecostal Church of Toronto. Timothy served as Assistant to the Pastor and Youth Leader 1989 - 98. Debbie was the Youth Secretary from 1989 - 98 and Church Secretary/Treasurer from 2005 - 2016. In April 1998 they assumed the Pastorate of First Church. 

They have served the Ontario District as Youth Secretary (1994-99) and Youth President (1999-03). They currently are the Global Missions Director and Secretary of Ontario (2003 - present)

Timothy was a member of the Global Mission Board of the UPCl (2016-19). 

They’ve been married for 34 years and have 3 beautiful daughters and 3 great son in-laws. They are also blessed with 2 grandchildren. They are a tight knit family and are all heavily involved in church work. Timothy and Debbie have travelled to 65 countries around the world and are international evangelists preaching at many different camps, conferences.
