First Church has a 75+ year tradition of partnering with missionaries & international ministries that effectively bring the Good News to our world.

  • Our lead Pastor and team members have traveled extensively across the world and are known for their passion to bring the Message of Jesus to people everywhere.

    The GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is statistically the most multicultural city in the world, this is a reason to celebrate, and we do! It is a joy and privilege for the First Church Family to minister in this city.

February 23, 1941

First mention of Greenwood Ave. a $100.00 deposit was made to purchase 719 Greenwood Ave.

November 1, 1946

Became affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church. Changed the name from Emmanuel Pentecostal Church to United Pentecostal Church

Purchase of 793 Pharmacy Ave. Toronto
